• Improper use of sponsorship discounts, promotions, and advertisements including resale of products and services awarded as prizes and fraudulent distribution of prizes for personal gain.
• Non disclosure that product reviews/giveaways are compensated or are in exchange of a free product, as adherence to the FTC regulations.
• Negative comments about sponsoring companies displayed on sponsored bloggers’ websites or affiliated social network profiles.
• Negative comments about fellow bloggers or/and any offensive or malicious statement posted by the member on the network.
• Content that supports or links to companies competing in the same market as sponsor companies.
• Abuse of sponsorship privileges of any kind.
• Inappropriate or offensive materials displayed on sponsored website. (e.g photos, videos )
• Unethical website marketing activities by sponsored website.
• SPAMMING the network through over promotion, posting of inappropriate and irrelevant content which is not obviously in line with the objective of the network.

Sponsored websites are prohibited from competing on any keywords, copyrighted terms or trademarks that are specific to UPrinting.com and its subsidiaries. Sponsored bloggers cannot operate businesses that compete directly with UPrinting and its subsidiaries.
