Please be aware of the new changes made by the Federal Trade Commission, here are some tips we’ve gathered to make your life easier!

Endorsers must disclose the material connection such as payment or free products given to the endorser when endorsing a product or company
Quotations or text of a review must accurately reflect the opinions, findings, or experience of the endorser
Advertisements must convey a true experience of what consumers can expect when they use a product or service
Reviews and advertisements must not be fraudulent, deceptive, or altered in anyway
